Non-profit staff reviewing documents at a desk

Our Services

Three engagements, each with a clear scope and written output

We do not offer open-ended retainers or software seats. Each of our three services is a bounded advisory engagement with a defined scope, a transparent fee, and a written deliverable your organisation keeps.

Our methodology

How each engagement works

01

Observe

We spend time with your team before recommending anything — watching how grant reports are drafted, how donor letters are written, how volunteers are onboarded.

02

Advise & Build

Based on what we observed, we identify where AI drafting can help, set clear boundaries around what it shouldn't do, and build templates calibrated to your specific funders and audience.

03

Brief & Hand Over

Every engagement ends with a written brief your board can file and reference. Templates belong to your organisation. You are not dependent on us to use them.

What AI does not do in our engagements: It does not select or rank beneficiaries, score donors, or make decisions that require community judgement. It drafts documents for your staff to review, edit, and approve.

Standards across all services

What we hold to in every engagement

PDPA compliance

Every engagement is designed around Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010. We advise on data flow and document handling from the start.

Human editorial control

AI drafts are always reviewed and approved by your staff before use. We do not accept or send any document on your behalf.

Written deliverables

Every engagement produces at least one written brief in plain language. We do not conclude an engagement without a document your board can file.

Clear scope limits

We state in every engagement brief what AI will not do — beneficiary decisions, donor scoring, programme assessments. This is not fine print; it is in the main body of every brief.

ROS and funder awareness

We are familiar with the reporting requirements of ROS, LHDN Charity status, Sumbangan Mesra Rakyat, and major Malaysian grant-funders. Templates are built with these in mind.

Staff capacity building

Training is designed so that staff can use and adjust templates without ongoing help from us. The goal is organisational independence, not dependency.

Transparent fees

What each service costs

All fees in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Invoiced per engagement, no bundled commitments.
